E-mail Attachments
If you need to send a small file quickly, you can use email attachments. When sending files as email attachments we ask that you please use a compression program to zip or stuff the files (mainly for security reasons). For large files or a large amount of files, please contact us about setting up an FTP account.

If you have files for the prepress department such as images, fonts, layout documents, etc., please email prep@woolverton.com

If you have a mailing list that we are outputting the labels for, please email mailings@woolveron.com

Upload Via FTP

We encourage our customers that need to send large files or a large number of files electronically, to  contact us about setting up an FTP account. FTP stands for file transfer protocol; it allows the user to move files directly onto our file  server across the internet. It is much more reliable than email  attachments, and in the case of large files, allows you to continue a partially finished download in the event that you are disconnected during transfer. When sending files to our ftp server we ask that you please use a compression program to zip or stuff the files. There are several freeware/shareware FTP clients and compression programs available on the internet.

In order to set up an FTP account we ask that you call us at 319-277-2616 or 800-670-7713 and speak with your salesperson or customer service representative. We will set up your account, and provide detailed instruction for connecting. You will then have a secure directory on our server that only you have access to. You can upload to and download from this account. We frequently create PDF proofs of jobs and place them in the customers' proof directory so you may retrieve them at your convenience.
